Data deletion and social authorization

You can disconnect a social account and separately request deletion of account information and historical records held by AI-SocialLink. These are different actions.

Disconnect a social account

Sign in and disconnect it under Social accounts. You may also revoke access in the social platform’s authorization settings. Disconnection stops new synchronization and pending publishing tasks under that authorization. Stored tokens are deleted within 48 hours. Platform-sourced account details, comments, messages, post data, and reporting caches are removed as soon as possible, targeting completion within seven calendar days or an earlier applicable deadline. For YouTube, disconnection inside this service also requires an immediate token-revocation request to Google and deletion of Authorized Data within seven calendar days.

Delete one local publishing task

In Publishing history, open a finished task, select Delete local task, and confirm. This permanently removes the local task, its saved original video that you uploaded, and its processing timeline. It does not delete a TikTok post or draft. Active tasks cannot be deleted directly; cancel a scheduled task first.

Request deletion

Email info@ai-sociallink.com from your account email where possible. Tell us whether you want to delete your account, media and drafts you uploaded, historical operational records, or a combination. Platform-sourced data remains subject to disconnection and platform deadlines without an additional request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Verification and processing

To protect your account, we may verify your identity before processing the request. We respond as applicable law requires. YouTube user data subject to a deletion request must be deleted as soon as possible, within seven calendar days. Other platform data follows its applicable limits; LinkedIn member profile and social-activity data may have shorter cache limits. Some non-platform information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Content already on a platform

Deleting data held by AI-SocialLink does not automatically remove posts published on a social platform. Manage or delete those posts through the relevant platform.
