Get started
Create an account and sign in. Open Account center → Social accounts to connect a channel you are authorized to manage. Complete authorization on the platform page and check the account and access you grant.
Prepare and schedule content
In Publish post, choose the destination account, add media and copy, and select a time if you want to schedule it. Open Schedule to review plans and status in day, week, or month views.
Understand publishing status
Scheduled, submitted, processing, and published are different states. After submission, check the post record for the platform result. If a post fails, review the returned reason before trying again.
Handle engagement and insights
The unified inbox covers Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube comments and Facebook and Instagram messages. The workbench shows followers, reach, engagement, and post performance for connected accounts.
Accounts and data
To stop access to a social account, disconnect it in account management. To delete information held by AI-SocialLink, make a separate data deletion request; disconnecting does not itself erase all history.
