AI-SocialLink Terms of Service

The service and these terms

AI-SocialLink is provided by BlackBody LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to your use of our website and workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for adults using it for business purposes. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these terms or applicable law.

Your content and authority

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant BlackBody LLC a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the actions you request and operate the service.

You must have authority to connect each social account and the rights needed to use the videos, audio, images, text, and other material you submit. You must comply with applicable law and platform rules, including required commercial-content disclosures.

Platform connections and publishing

Social platforms are independent services. Their authorization, eligibility, privacy settings, moderation, outages, and final publishing decisions are outside our control. Features may vary by account type, granted permissions, platform rules, and region.

A scheduled item instructs AI-SocialLink to attempt a handoff at the chosen time; it does not guarantee delivery or publication. A TikTok inbox draft is not publication, and a direct-post submission is not proof of publication. Review the platform-reported result and take any further action required in the platform. By using YouTube features in this service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms .

Acceptable use

Do not access an account without authorization, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content, mislead others, interfere with the service, or evade platform technical or policy restrictions. We may restrict activity that creates a security, legal, or operational risk, subject to applicable law.

Fees

AI-SocialLink is free for a limited time.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, or discontinue features and integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular publishing time, a number of views, or a business outcome. We will post material changes to these terms with a new update date and provide any additional notice or agreement required by law.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service, sign out, or disconnect a social account at any time. To request deletion of your AI-SocialLink account and records, email info@ai-sociallink.com. Disconnecting a platform account alone does not delete historical post records.

We may suspend access for serious violations, unauthorized use, or a security risk, acting proportionately and meeting applicable notice or restoration requirements.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. BlackBody LLC is not responsible for a social platform’s independent moderation, account restrictions, or service decisions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
