Who we are
AI-SocialLink is operated by BlackBody LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. We are responsible for the information described here. Contact info@ai-sociallink.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
Account information includes your email address, password hash and salt, language preference, and sign-in session records. We do not need your social-platform password.
After you connect a social account, we may receive account identifiers and profile details, authorization tokens, posts and media you manage, platform-provided performance metrics, and—when you use engagement features—comments, replies, or direct messages. Information about commenters and message senders, such as available names, account identifiers, profile images, content, and timestamps, may be shown with those interactions. Content and activity information you provide includes media files, captions, publishing choices, schedules, platform responses, and status records. We process IP addresses and request information for login protection and service security, and support emails to handle your requests. Actual fields vary by platform, account type, and granted permissions.
How and why we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, connect an account you authorize, display permitted account information, prepare and submit content at your direction, run scheduled handoffs, follow outcomes, respond to requests, and prevent misuse.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely, as applicable, on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or complying with legal obligations. We will seek consent before any future optional processing that requires it.
TikTok data
Within the permissions you grant, we may read your TikTok account identifier, avatar, display name, profile fields, follower and engagement statistics, and public videos to identify the account and show permitted data. At your direction, we submit video, captions, and publishing settings to TikTok, or send content to your TikTok inbox as a draft. TikTok processes the submission according to account eligibility and platform rules.
Facebook data
Through Facebook authorization, we may receive the authorizing user’s public basic profile and email if shared, to identify the authorizing user and Pages they can manage. After you connect a Facebook Page, we may process its identifier, name, profile image, posts and media you manage, and Page and post performance metrics. For comment management, we may receive comments, replies, and available commenter details, and send replies or management actions at your direction. For messaging, we may process Page conversations, available sender details, message content, attachments, and timestamps, and send replies that you confirm.
Instagram data
After you connect an Instagram Business account, we may process its identifier, username, profile image, media and post information, and available insights. For comment management, we may process comments, replies, and available commenter details. For messaging, we may process conversations, available sender details, message content, attachments, and timestamps, and send replies at your direction.
LinkedIn data
Through LinkedIn authorization, we may receive the authorizing member’s identifier, basic profile, and email if shared, to verify their identity and organizations they may manage. After you connect a LinkedIn organization Page you are authorized to manage, we may process its identifier, name, profile details, posts and media you schedule, and permitted aggregate performance metrics. Publishing actions are sent to LinkedIn at your direction. LinkedIn direct messages are not included in our unified message inbox, and not all LinkedIn member information may be retained long-term.
YouTube data
This service uses YouTube API Services. After you connect a channel, we may process its identifier, name, profile image, video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and available view, subscriber, or engagement statistics. For comment management, we may receive comments, replies, and available commenter details, and send replies at your direction. For video uploads, we transmit the selected video file, title, description, and visibility setting to YouTube. Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . In addition to disconnecting within this service or requesting deletion, you can revoke access through Google security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions .
Why we use engagement and insights data
The unified inbox lets you display, filter, and respond to comments and messages on connected accounts. The cross-channel workbench shows available followers, reach, engagement, publishing counts, and post performance. Metric definitions and availability vary by platform; we do not present a metric that a platform did not supply as that platform’s actual data. We do not use message content or commenter details for marketing unrelated to the engagement management you request.
Sharing and service providers
We interact with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube only as needed for the authorization, content publishing, engagement response, or data display you request. Hosting and other service providers may process information on our behalf to operate and protect the U.S.-hosted service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the service and its users.
We do not sell personal information. The website does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers. Displaying a platform name does not imply affiliation with that platform.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Account information, drafts you provide, and operational records are generally kept while your account is active and until you request deletion, except for information we must retain for legal or security reasons. Platform-sourced profile information, comments, messages, post data, and reporting caches are also subject to each platform’s shorter retention or refresh limits; the availability of historical records does not permit indefinite retention. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days unless you sign out earlier. Disconnecting an account stops further access under that authorization; stored authorization tokens for that connection are deleted within 48 hours. Historical post records and drafts you created do not necessarily disappear on disconnection; platform-sourced data remains subject to the limits below. You can separately request deletion of data held by AI-SocialLink.
For new TikTok video submissions from this website, we retain a private copy of the original video you uploaded so you can review it in Publishing history. Whether TikTok publishes the video, rejects it, or sends it to an inbox, this copy is normally retained until you delete the local task or request account deletion. Deleting a local task removes its local original and task record; it does not delete a TikTok post or draft. Original videos removed before this feature was enabled cannot be restored. For immediate submissions, our server uploads the video to TikTok and removes the temporary transfer file after the upload attempt. Scheduled handoffs use a verified media address so TikTok can retrieve the video through an unguessable HTTPS link; TikTok scheduling is unavailable until media URL verification is complete. The link remains valid for up to two hours, and the temporary file is removed after confirmed download, a terminal outcome, or link expiry.
Data after disconnection
After a platform connection is removed, we stop new synchronization and pending publishing tasks under that authorization. We remove account details, comments, messages, platform post data, and reporting caches obtained through that connection as soon as possible, targeting completion within seven calendar days; a shorter applicable platform limit takes precedence. Media you uploaded, drafts you created, and minimal operational records without platform-sourced personal data may remain until you request deletion. They do not allow a disconnected account’s pending tasks to publish. To delete these items as well, email info@ai-sociallink.com.
Special YouTube and LinkedIn limits
Under the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, revoking YouTube access inside this service requires an immediate token-revocation request to Google and deletion of Authorized Data as soon as possible, within seven calendar days. The same seven-day outer limit applies to a request to delete stored user data or deletion of your account in this service. If you revoke access in Google security settings, related API Data must be deleted as soon as possible, within 30 calendar days. Other than categories of authorized statistics that may be kept longer, YouTube API Data must be deleted or refreshed at least every 30 calendar days; continued authorization for retained statistics must also be checked at least every 30 calendar days. Details: https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/developer-policies .
If this service receives data through the LinkedIn Marketing API Program, retention is field-specific: another member’s profile data may only be cached for up to 24 hours, member social activity for up to 48 hours, and organization social activity generally for up to six weeks (up to six months for an authenticated organization). An authenticated organization’s Page profile data may be retained for up to eight weeks, and organization Page administration and reporting data without member-level data for up to one year. If more than one category applies to a record, the shorter limit governs. These limits do not mean we access or retain every listed field. Details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/marketing/data-storage-requirements .
Security
The deployed service uses HTTPS, server-side sign-in sessions, and access controls, and protects stored social authorization tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You can change language, sign out, disconnect a connected social account in the workspace, or revoke access through the relevant platform. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information held by AI-SocialLink, email info@ai-sociallink.com from your account email where possible. We may verify your identity and respond under applicable law and platform rules. Disconnecting an account and deleting stored historical records are separate actions; see our Data deletion page for details.
Depending on your location, you may also be able to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or complain to a local data-protection authority. Legal exceptions may apply.
International processing
AI-SocialLink is hosted in the United States. If you use it from another region, your information may be processed in the United States and by the social platform you connect. Service availability and platform permissions may vary by region.
Children
AI-SocialLink is intended for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact info@ai-sociallink.com.
