Disconnect an account and delete your data

You can disconnect a TikTok account, remove a single publishing task, delete your whole account, or ask us to delete data by email. These are different actions, so pick the one that matches what you want removed.

Steps

  1. Disconnect a TikTok account

Open Account center → Social accounts, select Disconnect on the account card, and confirm. This stops new synchronization and pending publishing tasks for that account. Stored tokens are deleted within 48 hours, and platform-sourced data is removed as soon as possible, targeting seven calendar days.

  2. Revoke access inside TikTok (optional)

You can also remove AI-SocialLink directly in TikTok: TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services (or Manage app permissions). Menu names can change; follow what TikTok currently shows.

  3. Delete one local publishing task

In Publishing schedule → History, open a finished task, select Delete local task and confirm. This removes the task, the original video you uploaded and its processing record from AI-SocialLink. Active tasks cannot be deleted directly.

  4. Delete your account yourself

Open Settings → Delete account, read the summary, select Continue, then type your account email and your password and select “Delete account permanently”. This cannot be undone. We send a confirmation email to your registered address afterwards. It:

    • D e

  5. Or request deletion by email

If you cannot use the options above, email info@ai-sociallink.com from your account email where possible. Say whether you want to delete your account, media and drafts you uploaded, historical records, or a combination. Never send passwords or access tokens.
